Title: Sue's Whole Wheat Bread Abm

Yield: 1 Loaf 1 1/2
| 1 1/8 | c | Tap water - 80 degrees |
| 2 5/8 | c | Bread flour - 80 degrees |
| 3/8 | c | Whole wheat flour - 80 deg. |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 3 | tb | Sugar |
| 1 1/2 | tb | Butter (I used oleo) |
| 1 1/2 | tb | Dry milk |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Dry yeast |
Add ingredients in the order for your type machine. I used the white bread
setting on my machine, because I have no whole wheat setting. Got a nice
tall loaf of Got this recipe from my friend Sue Bouwens, who got it from some book ~- we
don't know which one.
